Insite Studio was founded by Brian Terry and Bryan Donahue in early 2018. The studio prides itself on providing exceptional design and expertise through efficient project management, clear communication, and diligent attention to detail. The team is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, but we are happy to roam far and wide for our clients' projects.

With nearly 25 years of experience as a professional landscape architect and planner, Brian Terry has made an exceptional contribution to South Florida’s development industry. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Brian brings expertise across a wide range of sectors, from residential and commercial to industrial, civic, and beyond. His specialties; master planning, site development, land use, and zoning representation — make him a trusted partner in tackling complex development projects.
Brian is known not just for his design skills, but for his calm, easy-going demeanor. He’s the type of person who doesn’t sweat the small stuff, making him a great listener who focuses on his clients' needs. Whether he’s navigating a major land development or managing a mixed-use project, Brian’s attention to detail and approachable manner have earned him a reputation as a local leader in the landscape architecture and planning business.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys the great outdoors, spending his free time traveling, golfing, camping, and boating. A Midwesterner at heart, he’s friendly and unassuming, happiest when he’s relaxing at home with his family, enjoying a good bourbon, or hanging out with his slightly crazed Irish setter, Henry.

Bryan Donahue has been shaping the natural and built environment of South Florida for nearly 20 years — quite literally. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Environment & Design, Bryan combines his passion for design with his competitive spirit and drive to create spaces that not only look incredible but leave lasting impressions on people who experience them.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Bryan brings a mix of southern hospitality and a straightforward, results-driven approach to every project. Whether he’s designing luxury residential estates, resort pools and spas, or public spaces, he’s got a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to making every project extraordinary.
When he’s not at the drawing board, you’ll likely find Bryan on the baseball field, coaching one of his three sons’ teams or relaxing somewhere in the Florida Keys. A true Georgia Bulldogs fan, he’s as loyal to his team as he is to his clients. Known for his work ethic and generous nature, Bryan balances the precision of a landscape architect with the laid-back vibe of a guy who knows how to enjoy life — preferably with a cold drink in hand and his family by his side.

Director of Design
Rubi Guimaraes brings a vibrant energy and creative flair to every project at Insite Studio. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Rubi was recognized early in his career with an Honor Award for Academic Achievement by the Connecticut ASLA. Originally from Brazil, his diverse background includes a blend of architectural design and sustainable facilities management, along with hands-on experience in luxury residential projects across New York, Connecticut and Florida.
Rubi’s passion for design is matched by his enthusiasm for life. Known for his infectious energy, he never sits still and brings a unique vision to every project. Detail oriented and always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible — Rubi is a valuable asset to our design team. Whether he’s imagining new urban spaces or digging into project fundamentals, Rubi’s love for design is clear.
Outside of work, Rubi is a fitness enthusiast with a passion for Capoeira — a Brazilian martial art that blends combat, acrobatics and culture. He’s also fascinated by astrophysics and can often be found traveling the country chasing auroras, starry skies or solar eclipses. When he's not busy working out or flying off to Michigan to visit his girlfriend, he’s always up for a good time with friends.

Camille Swanson
Camille Swanson
Project Manager
Camille Swanson is an accomplished urban planner with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Florida State University and a Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. She began her career working in transportation and land planning across commercial, residential, and civic sectors and is passionate about integrating urban design with natural landscapes, championing sustainable development that respects both the built environment and the ecosystem.
When she's not focused on urban planning, Camille leads a life full of outdoor activities and holistic pursuits in the mountains of North Carolina. She spends her free time in the barn with her horses, a passion that began as a child and never left. Camille also practices heated vinyasa flow yoga and manages her own herbal apothecary business.
Camille’s passion for environmental sustainability runs deep, particularly in her advocacy for cleaner waterways and regenerative farming, focusing on biodiversity and soil replenishment. Whether she's designing cities or protecting natural resources, Camille is dedicated to fostering a balance between human progress and environmental preservation.

Austin Scott, pla
Austin Scott, PLA
Project Manager
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University in New Jersey, Austin brought his design talents to Florida, working for Disney Design and Engineering and Disney Horticulture. In 2016, he made his way to West Palm Beach, where he gained his Professional Landscape Architecture (PLA) license and worked on diverse projects in the multi-family, community, and luxury residential sectors.
Outside of designing beautiful outdoor spaces, Austin’s passion for plants extends beyond the office. He’s our resident green thumb, known for his expertise in exotic plant species and creating green-wall systems for boutique clients. When he’s not keeping the office plants alive, you’ll find him visiting botanical gardens or working on his own collection of tropical rare aroids.
He is our office night owl and loves nothing more than unraveling a new creative software. Austin enjoys winding down with a round of golf, watching the European Soccer Cup, or trying a gourmet pizza complemented by a bourbon cocktail at a local bar. He also loves outdoor water activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, and spending time with his French bulldog, Hudson, and his Exikpoo, Oli.

Thomas chmielewski
Thomas Chmielewski
Project Manager
Thomas Chmielewski, a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Urban Design and a minor in architectural studies, combines his drafting background and real estate experience to shape thoughtful, practical urban designs. A Boca Raton native, Thomas is dedicated to enhancing our physical environment with creative and impactful solutions.
Outside of work, Tommy is all about the water — whether he’s boating, fishing, jet skiing, or swimming at the beach, you’ll likely find him enjoying life in the Atlantic or hanging out in the Florida Keys, where he recently got engaged to his ocean-loving fiancée. He’s also a drone enthusiast and professional, capturing stunning coastal views (and Insite Studio projects) from the air.
With a quirky sense of humor and a love of all celebrations, Thomas is the life of the party — especially during the festive season. He enjoys golfing, socializing, sipping and perfecting old-fashioned cocktails, and relaxing at his favorite tiki bar.

Jake Treadway
Senior Designer
Jake Treadway, a proud Ohio native and graduate of The Ohio State University, loves nothing more than bringing his landscape architecture designs to life through 3D modeling and photo realistic rendering. His skill for blending creativity and precision has shaped some stunning outdoor spaces for Insite Studio clients in South Florida and the Caribbean Islands.
When Jake isn’t designing artful landscapes in the built and natural environment, he’s chasing his own adventures — hiking through national parks around the country, camping under the stars or tending to his collection of rare plants. He is determined to check every U.S. national park off his list, and Bruno, his Golden Retriever is always along for the ride.
A laid-back guy with a passion for roller coasters and football, Jake is a die-hard Ohio State and Browns fan. Known for his easy-going nature, he still knows how to have fun — carving awesome designs for our Insite Pumpkin Carving Contest or showing up on Halloween dressed as "Jake from State Farm," bringing many laughs to the office.

Zach Kepler, a Florida native with a passion for urban planning, cars, and enjoying the great outdoors, graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Known for his expertise in AutoCAD and coding languages, Zach has quickly made a name for himself as an exceptional site planner and landscape designer, where his strong work ethic and thoughtful communication skills add to his pragmatic approach.
A true Florida boy at heart — Zach looks forward to seeing Florida grow and develop in the years ahead. He loves the outdoors, whether it be the swamps or the beach. When he’s not designing, you’ll find him tinkering with cars or soaking up the sun.
Zach has patience and perseverance in everything he does — always thinking through every detail, tackling challenges head-on, and seeing projects through to completion no matter how complex or demanding they are. Alexa Gonzalez

Alexa is a passionate urban designer who focuses on creating spaces that balance the built and natural environments. Originally from Puerto Rico, she started her studies in architecture before discovering her true passion for urban design at Florida Atlantic University. With experience as a designer and project coordinator on upscale commercial and residential projects, Alexa brings a creative yet constructive approach to her work, always aiming to make everyday spaces more livable and sustainable.
Outside of work, Alexa’s interests are diverse — she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and staying active in sports, a passion she has maintained throughout her life. Alexa also loves spending time with her Boston Terriers, Mochi and Zuma, expanding her interests in photography and film, and participating in her boyfriend’s Youtube vlogs about their shared adventures.
Alexa enjoys collaborating with her colleagues and is always eager to learn from the talented individuals around her. With her friendly, down-to-earth attitude and drive to make a difference, Alexa is a valuable member of the Insite team.

Jack Goodman joined Insite Studio as a part-time intern while finishing his degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and quickly transitioned to a full-time role after graduation. His skills in AutoCAD and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges made him a great fit for the team.
Originally from Florida’s west coast, Jack is all about the outdoors and environmental conservation. Whether he’s hiking, fishing, camping or relaxing at the beach, he’s most at home in nature — where he can unwind and regain some perspective and focus. A big fan of running and staying active in the gym, Jack matches this energetic approach to both his work and life.
Jack is passionate about seeing Florida grow and develop in sustainable ways, ensuring new developments benefit the existing communities they serve. Grace Gallenstein is a talented Designer who recently earned her Bachelor of Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where she made the Dean's List in her final two years. She is now studying part time for her MBA at FAU. Since stepping into the industry in 2022, Grace has honed her skills in site analysis, master planning, and concept design. With a background as a licensed Realtor in Florida, Kentucky and Ohio, Grace also brings an extra layer of expertise to the market dynamics of our design projects.
Originally from Kentucky, Grace has fully embraced the Florida lifestyle, spending much of her free time outside. Whether she’s spearfishing, going to a concert, horseback riding, playing pickleball or taking her Old English Sheepdog, Piper for a daily walk — Grace is always up for an adventure. Her active lifestyle and love of the outdoors reflects her passion for spacial design that encourages community and connection.
When Grace isn’t keeping an eye on the real estate market or soaking up the sunshine, you will find her fishing for her favorite dinner of yellowtail snapper or making sushi from a successful catch of wahoo or tuna. She also loves the thrill of competing in local offshore fishing tournaments. Known for her calm and easy going demeanor, Grace is open minded and loves teamwork collaborations to gain perspective and opinions.

PAULA MILLER
Paula Miller
Office Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the development industry, Paula is an integral part of our operations at Insite Studio. Her expertise in office management are complemented by her extensive knowledge of Palm Beach County’s processes and procedures. Whether she’s keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes or assisting with the finer details of a project, Paula is all about creating connections and spreading good will.
Beyond the office, Paula’s warm and empathetic personality always shines through. Originally from California, she’s a creative soul who loves planning family adventures, crafting, and spending quality time with her husband James, their two sons, and her two rescued fur babies.
A self-confessed homebody (but with a insatiable appetite for travel), Paula mostly enjoys quiet moments with family and friends, listening to a great audiobook or enjoying a Duran Duran or Bocelli concert. She approaches everything with kindness and understanding and is especially passionate about suicide prevention — a cause close to her heart.

Nic Murray brings her Aussie colloquialisms and marketing savvy to Insite Studio where she’s been the creative force behind our branding and digital presence since our inception. Originally from Australia, where she earned degrees in design and marketing, Nic has nearly 25 years of experience across the book, newsprint and magazine industry, with a few stints in local government and non-profits.
Since moving to the U.S. in 2015, she’s been an active part of the West Palm Beach community working behind the scenes with local charities and boards. Whether she’s planning her next adventure or developing website content, she is always embracing the world with curiosity and enthusiasm.
A lover of slow travel, Nic has a passion for exploring new places and cultures, especially if it involves brushing up on her French or enjoying new delicacies or sweet treats. When she’s not dreaming of her perfect getaway in Paris, her interests are as varied as her career — she loves daily exercise (always starting with yoga), touring Frank Lloyd Wright creations, a great beer garden or spending time on her family farm in Outback Australia.
