Delray Place South
Insite Studio developed the landscape plan for the newly renovated commercial retail center on Federal Highway in Delray Beach. Tenants of the revitalized shopping center space include Dunkin’ Donuts, FedEx and Jimmy Johns.
The landscape plan resulted in a complete redesign of the surrounding landscaping to complement the modernized architecture of the retail site.
Olive Garden + Chipotle Mexican Grill
Trikon is a dual commercial retail development accommodating the casual dining restaurant chain, Olive Garden — specializing in Italian-American cuisine, and Chipotle Mexican Grill, the casual fast-food restaurant chain — specializing in Mexican-American cuisine.
Insite Studio developed the site plan for the new center based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in addition to the site-specific landscape plan for Chipotle.
Publix Super Market
Insite Studio designed the landscape plan for the new Publix Super Market development located in the commercial retail center — Shoppes at St Lucie West in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
The plan included the landscape upgrades of the parking lot and the external area directly around the Publix building entrance and exit.
RaceTrac Gas Stations
Insite Studio provides land planning, and landscape architecture services for RaceTrac sites and stores throughout Florida.
RaceTrac is a leader in the convenience store and gas sales industry throughout the United States. Our firm has assisted in the design and development approvals for many sites across the entire state of Florida.
